Been to Arnold more than three years, and every time like to be in backstage and keep an eye on all contestants expression, how to load up and keep in condition is the main matters.
and happy this year see new Strong man come out Brian Shaw, he weight 436 pounds, and the finals task is to one arm shoulder press 242pounds as many as can be. wow he do 7 single reps.
