Jaffy So and Andy Wong(Ah B) 3 weeks out Arnold Amateur

Hey guys, recently have took some photos of Jaffy So(蘇明熙) and Andy Wong(Ah B, wong黃廣燊), I have visited them in Hong Kong Waterfall Golf Gym, and they were 3 weeks out Arnold Amateur,  and they have real good quality beef up for this competition. Especially Jaffy So, carry lots of Hong Kong Bodybuilding Championship Overall Winners titles, this will be his first time try out to one of the biggest America Bodybuilding Contest(March 3-6), his condition is great.
Even though the travel distance is far long away from Hong Kong, the contest is in America Ohio Columbus and will be very exhausted to fly so many hrs to there and get in shape and condition, but thats what is all about in Bodybuilding. Try your best to be the best! No matter what it takes. and Truly control of your body conditioning in any kind of stage is the main purpose of bodybuilding too. Here they come and let we wish them all the best. Win some titles for Hong Kong Bodybuilders to proud of ,to continue the fight and to make our destination our goal more higher.

A Truly Applause Bodybuilding Documentary Film Experience: RAISING THE BAR

I have seen so many bodybuilding films or movies all these years, most of them too concentrate to the one bodybuilder, and even though the mighty MR. Olympia one, they do just make the people worship to them.
But recently, feel embarrassed to say that, I found a particularly outstanding independent bodybuilding documentary, which name " Raising The Bar".
Why I am feel embarrassed because the documentary which was out there 5yrs ago already have a sequel and third one.
but fortunately, I found it somehow on YouTube and request a copy of total three films right away from the owner. He sent me the copies in light speed, Here have to thank Mike Pulcinella.
The film named "Raising The Bar" feels so heavy, more heavy than just raising the damn heavy barbell, because when you're consuming the film, the reality and facts that every bodybuilders will face and struggle are truely all appear on the screen, no artificial adding or try to become very sensational(hum maybe some scenes can affect who has been competed all these yrs and choose their life as a bodybuilder will wet their eyes, I am pretty damn SURE!!).

Maybe the first one, Raising The Bar 1, they don't have the ambition to open selling the disc or just thinking a gift for friends and supporter of David Pulcinella( The Main Interviewee and Bodybuilder). But I quite impressed by the story telling technic which slowly unfold a bodybuilder David Pulcinella, how he prepared a competition and cause so much change of life who is surrounding him.(I am damn want to have a friend like this to force me and train with, haha). Second film is more sophisticated, show David struggle from life and competition and family. If you want me to describe the first one is Victory and second one is Breakdown and to be continue.....
Third one left for you all to purchase the disc and watch it. Pls don't pirate download or buy pirate copy. pls go to this link : http://mikepulcinella.com/dvdsforsale.htm
Three Films Including mail fee would be like 60 something american dollars. very worthy. And is a must collectable film in Bodybuilding History.

New School Crap, Old School Works

So many new bodybuilders try to find a fast way to gain weight or lose fat, or even gain weight without gaining fat, as we all know this is impossible!!!
They will try something call mess with your metabolism, New School crap play with your meta doesn't mean you can get big without get fat. Low Carb or no Carb in bulking is bull shit.

When we call bulking period, thats means nothing more, just all you can eat, no restrict, or no boundaries,  but of course there are some food thats really work.

The Old School Six Main food for every bodybuilders are

1. Eggs White(Goes with yolk when you cook 10-12 eggs)

2.OatMeal(Breakfast a large Bowl)

3. Banana

4.Tuna

5.Chicken Breast

6. Brown Rice/ Sweet Potato

nothing more than that, stick to these six food you will grow like a dinosaur, be a monster. a Freak.

How to pop out the veins before contest? Preparation H痔瘡膏

Tonight one of my friend has talk about how to pop out the veins of muscle before contest?
A very good question, some one use hot oil from Protan or sun tanning brand to make some vascularity. or AAKG/Glycerol Monostearate for pumping hard. having bulge veins.
I had a very old method which is used by Bodybuilders for years and very works.
Low body fat % is key first. Anywhere between 6-8%, 4% if possible (you can do it.)

-However, if you're looking for a quick 'fix' on how to get your veins to 'pop out' for good, try this - it's an old 'bodybuilding trick' that really works:

Take some 'Preparation H' medication rub(痔瘡膏), and rub it on all of the areas that you wish to have the veins 'displayed'. Obviously, this medication rub is used for 'Hemorrhoids'(痔瘡). The medication itself is designed to extract all excess water from the Hemmeroid & 'shrink' them, right? - well, same for 'veins'. Once you rub the ointment onto your desired areas, take some clear serran-wrap保鮮紙 (like you use to cover vegetables & such for the fridge) and wrap it around the areas that you put the ointment on. This will not only keep the ointment from 'rubbing off', but it also creates some natural 'heat', which in turn, allows the ointment to absorb into your skin much better.

The best time to do this treatment is at 'night', before you go to bed. Once you wake up in the morning, remove the plastic clear-wrap, wash off the residue, and repeat for 2-3 more nights. By then, you should have nearly ALL excess body water removed from underneath the skin & the desired areas, and your veins will stand out very nicely.
- hope this helps. bodybuilders done it themselves for years, as well as many others -for main events - and 'yes', it really works. Give it a try and see what you think. Let me know how it worked for you bud. Good luck!!
