Las Vegas Neveda Gold Gym on 3750 E. Flamingo Rd( Jay's Gym)

I have browsed every hard core Gym on Earth when i am travelled. at the Gold Gym in Vegas, there has five Gold's around, but the closest one and also where Jay Cutler got push and press iron is on 3750 E. Flamingo, the Gym is very well developed and equipped and Guys like Blood and Guts kind of exercise, here is the real deal.

我每次到世界各地旅行，必會拜訪好GYM，今次去到拉斯維加斯的GOLD GYM，那裡一共有五間，最近CASINO的一間，也是JAY CUTLER常去的便是在3750 E. Flamingo上的，GYM內器材齊備之餘，PUMPING氣氛濃厚，因為在內玩的不是健身，是真正的鐵與汗，真漢子才可領略的弄鐵為樂的心情，不是開玩笑或傾談的地方，內裡的人很少談話，集中精神訓練。

Even though the show has finished and I am not surprised mr Cutler won again, I have to admit that Cutler wasn't my first choice , in fact Phil got my eyes more, his shoulder and arms are enormously grow and his waist keep in shape and he is one of his best shape ever, but how ever , sometime competition is like that , the judge has their sweet on Jay, but the top two base on that night on stage Phil and Jay must be top two, no doubt.

I am happy that i can co-incidently met Gary Strydom in Bangkok, now he is staying in Bangkok and exploring the new business in east asia, and like to expand his Supplement brand SPS, Strydom Professional Supplement. He looks phenomenon at age 47, 27 yrs competiting he always stay hard and lean all the time, One Hall of the Fame all time in bodybuilding world we have to admire.
