Varinder Singh Ghuman has entered this year the Sheru Classic 2012 contest and competed with a lots of Top bodybuilder in the world. He is 6'2", off season 136KG, contest 122KG.Specially he is big mass Vegetarian Bodybuilder. I will have his diet programme on Vegetarian life later in my blog.
