其實近兩年香港也有一批年青的健美新力軍，包括片中為MaxRep進行靚相拍攝的李英傑。還有大Wal徒弟George Lee，家裕的徒弟Andy Wong，還有今年應該會第一次出賽林保堅的徒弟Vincent Li等等。我們可以拭目以待這一群年青的健美選手。希望李英傑也盡快再上比賽台。

Acutally Hong Kong has a breed of new bodybuilder, including inside this video Lee Ying Kit, he is very proportional massive bodybuilder in hong kong. also these two years we can see very promising Geroge Lee(Wallace apprentice), Andy wong(ka yue apprentice), and this year should be first time to compete, Vincent Li(Lam Po Kin apprentice). Let's see all the young and good bodybuilder in hong kong, what will they accomplish this year! Also waiting for Lee Ying Kit come back to the stage again with his fine condition and compete.

New Hopes in America Bodybuilding--Lukas Duncan from nowwhere to somewhere

So many names rise in America bodybuilding busniness, like recent years, Fouad Abiad, John Delarosa, Jason Huh, seem like come out in nowhere just strike the bodybuilding stage 6-8yrs ago, Kai Greene also, by his excellent stage posing earn his name.
but not much come along recently until I heard a name Lukas Duncan, very easy to remember name and once you have seen his figure in the picture you will totally understand what I am talking about....Fullness, Size, Muscle part detail, of course only 24 yrs old now Lukas still in a growing mode, grow to be better, grow to be Pro and Perfection, these are the task which every bodybuilder should be accomplished is their competiting life. This kid already got a very good foundation by not much help and guidiness, therefore, with a good mentor and sponsor, he can be a big star in a very near future. If football and baseball has the scout , I think bodybuilding need a scout too. I am sure that I am good at this, and this kid is very Promising.

Brad Rowe: 2013 NPC USA, Heavyweight, 7th

One of my favorite bodybuilder 
 Palumbo wrote that Rowe was "thickest guy in class... Crazy quads and calves. Monster front quads. Added some really good size to his upper body."
Flex Wheeler noted "Good overall size. Use more back thickness. Good leg dev. Could be dryer and harder."

2013 Hong Kong HKFBF bodybuilding contest Result! Jay Tam win the overall champion!

Congratulation to Jay Tam who win the HKFBF pro-bodybuilder overall champion last night in KITEC Star Hall. Actually Jay has improved all his condition and musculation, upper body is great, bigger and more shredded and with mass, can see the veins pop out in his Abs, but lower body is not enough yet still have room to grow, also the back muscle need to grow wider and thicker, if he go on to International Bodybuilding contest like Arnold Classic or World Champ will be a question for his chance on winning. Also Jay needs to have a new routine and posing technic.His move is too tight not free. But however, he's been working out for a decade now, and join contest the third year non stop, this trophy should be a very good reward in his bodybuilding career, is a good paid off for his hard work. There also some very good Hong Kong bodybuilders there in the battle, like Wallace Siu, Kin Lam, Terry Lee, Simon Man, Rex and a very special dsicover Geor Ge !!Classic bodybuilder like Fish Cheung, and Fai Choi,  Female bodybuilders Wong Kwan Ping and Fitness Woman as well , like Hilda Ng too. But the contest seem to be not quite enough support to bodybuilders in Hong Kong, hope can be better next year.
