2013 Hong Kong HKFBF bodybuilding contest Result! Jay Tam win the overall champion!

Congratulation to Jay Tam who win the HKFBF pro-bodybuilder overall champion last night in KITEC Star Hall. Actually Jay has improved all his condition and musculation, upper body is great, bigger and more shredded and with mass, can see the veins pop out in his Abs, but lower body is not enough yet still have room to grow, also the back muscle need to grow wider and thicker, if he go on to International Bodybuilding contest like Arnold Classic or World Champ will be a question for his chance on winning. Also Jay needs to have a new routine and posing technic.His move is too tight not free. But however, he's been working out for a decade now, and join contest the third year non stop, this trophy should be a very good reward in his bodybuilding career, is a good paid off for his hard work. There also some very good Hong Kong bodybuilders there in the battle, like Wallace Siu, Kin Lam, Terry Lee, Simon Man, Rex and a very special dsicover Geor Ge !!Classic bodybuilder like Fish Cheung, and Fai Choi,  Female bodybuilders Wong Kwan Ping and Fitness Woman as well , like Hilda Ng too. But the contest seem to be not quite enough support to bodybuilders in Hong Kong, hope can be better next year.
