Week eight transformation: size done and muscle hardness is obvious bigger size
My chest and arms are enormous change from 14inches to 16.5inches
Chest from 42 to 45right now
Lifting is heavier bench press up to 250pounds now for 4-5reps
Hope it's going fine at the end of the cycle
