Me transformation at week three and four
Due to the side effect of HGH I stop the 4iu per day . Remain with
D-Bol x 40mg/day(ascending to 60mg)
Glanovar x 20mg/day
Test switch to Sustanon x 500mg/week
Deca x 600mg/week
Back and arms difference the most back obvious after intensive training thicker and wider
Arms I can't fid one day specially for them then I train them with shoulder and back days at least ten set for bicep and tricep
Legs seem to be the hardest part to train for but switch to isolate and press more hope next week can have a break thro'.
The third photo left is week three seem to be thicker and right is week four more details add on.
All cycle products from Global nutrition
Very promising and good stuff

Contestants list of Arnold Classic 2012
The contestants list of Arnold Classic Pro is a quite new generation speeding up to claim their existence . There will be title fighting towards Branch Warren.
The other who compete with him is at least 5yrs young or more than him.
Is this a benefit or dis benefit it's depend but Branch has a very well
Form of mature muscularity physics than the others is a promise. But the young stream seem to be very aggressive among recent like Phil defeat Jay. This will be physic condition war among younger vs mature. Who is better.
From my guess. This is the war between Branch Warren and Evan Centopeni. Black horse will be Brandon Curry and Fouad Abiad. And will also see big Ben Pakulski.
Of course Dennis Wolf and Dexter Jackson ( who just won the master title), is a bull fight. Also come back of Gustavo Badell is worth a look and see what he has improved.

Me at the third week: obvious Bigger and stronger
Now I am at the third weeks of my programme and cycle
300mg test
600mg Deca
Per week
3x 10mg d-Bol (adding up every week)
2x 10mg Glonavar
4iu HGH
Per day
Remind: must drink plenty of water like a gallon a day. And must consume over 300g protein and 450g carbo a day unless u are over 200pounds te consume will be ascending.
U will feel large indeed always large in muscle expanding way all time hard in tissue. Eat enough u got a chance up to 25pounds added.
Exercise
I am using ascending linear programme every week descending reps and adding pounds. Like the first week 12-15 reps per set and 50-60% of regular use weight. Second week 8-10 reps per set use 60-70% weight of regular. Third week 6-8reps per set use almost 90-100% of reps and will do force rep in order to push the limit. The muscle need irregular exercise and reps to stimulate the growth. Do force reps must need a spotter. And perform every rep in a good form is the best. Don't cheat on weight don't do hero ego lifting because u feel like Hercules because of the hormone.
Every last set try to perform slow and control temple like 5-6secs a rep then 2sec pace.
The most important thing is listen and feel your muscle between every move and action . Don't feel embrasemet but touching yourself or face the mirror a lots of time very usual and very useful u can see the difference and adjust the exercise to aim it. Take photo of your self to compare the difference is the best way to find out what have to improve. Sometime type your exercise to find the non perfect move like have my squat go down enough or my arm curl squeeze tight enough.
Ok see u in next week.
Three weeks before start at 165pounds
Now is 185pounds still growing
Lift from bench 140lbs to 180lbs
Squat smith machine 140lbs to 220lbs
Back pull and row stronger like add 45lbs every exercise
Arm and tricep I use reps more than Heavy weights 20-25reps each set between 10-25kgs
Calf harder with 150-180lbs stand extend

My 12 weeks cycle bulking and rip transformation
I already start my programme and cycle two weeks now ten more weeks to go. The result is greater than before shoulder and arms is obviously big and rip. back is creating and legs is strong and harder wish to create a new physic around 200pounds and muscle rip and bulk. May u say is hard to rip and bulk at the same time but this ismt benefit in bodybuilding I am a very low body fat guy and even I eat a lot won't have much fat on the service only water retention thy is very normal and easy to get rip off. But I like the water retention because make you look bigger and stronger. As I am not a compete bodybuilder then I have no need to dehydrate myself to definition. This programme I just want to prove that under certain hard training and right formula of cycle then everyone can have a very impressive muscle physic.
From the photos u can see the first two photos left is two weeks before right is now
And also I have a combination photo to show the status of condition now.
I will follow up the transformation week by week here in my blog and expose the train tip and cycle that I am having thro the programme .
Status two weeks has changed
Chest from 42-now is 44
Arms from 14.5 now is 15.5
Legs from 22 now is 24.5
