2010年9月12日在中國鄭州舉行的黃金之夜，已來到第七屆，今年更請來中東及歐洲的參賽者，雖不是一線的，但也為比賽增添氣氛。今年大會更請來美國Kevin Levrone作嘉賓，已變為自然健美的他，圍度真的少了很多。姜熹在八月時已通知本部落格，他會出賽今年大賽，他最後也順利贏得2010黃金之夜全場總冠軍，我們就來看看他的狀態及勝利的那一刻吧。姜熹，恭喜你！威震全場。

Second Surprise and honor, I met Gary Strydom in Bangkok

I am happy that i can co-incidently met Gary Strydom in Bangkok, now he is staying in Bangkok and exploring the new business in east asia, and like to expand his Supplement brand SPS, Strydom Professional Supplement. He looks phenomenon at age 47, 27 yrs competiting he always stay hard and lean all the time, One Hall of the Fame all time in bodybuilding world we have to admire. New Breed of Thailand Bodybuilding: Gun

Thailand now has more new bodybuilders than ever, the mature Pro Bodybuilders still is the main stream, to all the atheltics in thailand, like a role model, and drive more newcomers every year.

Here is one, name Gun, 100% Thai, and very young only 23 years old, met him in Power Zone Gym and he is a freelance personal trainer now, and also represent a Thai Brand Supplement company call FreakWhey. He is 180cm tall and very inpressive outline muscular body with 95-100kg off season, you maybe say still have room to grow, so what he thinks too. but now he has to finish his degree and try to stay at very lean condition until that graduate comes, and start full engine to grow. Gun said he is easy to grow fat, so that's why he stay in 9% body fat all year. and also tall guy like him, legs is the most hardest part to grow, but Gun has nail it. Everyone pls watch out for Gun, he is a very bright coming star in Thailand bodybuilding and you will see him more is nearly future world champion or maybe Asia Game.

My Birthday last week two surprise in Bangkok

My Birthday Last week in Bangkok, originally I just want tanning and good food and sleep kind of trip, but two things made my trip special. The very First thing is I visited the most hard core gym in Bangkok, name Power Zone Gym, found by Mr. Thailand Sitthi and lots of medal winners Mr. Khun Sitthi Charoenrith 5 times Mr. Thailand, 2 times IFBB World Champion, 05-06(2nd '03, '04, & '07) 2 times Mr. Asia, 2006-7 & twice #2 Mr.Universe.

His Gym start 4 yrs somewhere in Din Daeng also, but finally got this place two storey new building open for one year til now very spacious and i like the way they don't have air-con, you pump and sweat you ass right away, this maek me feel more like I am pumping. and it has a very comfy resting little resturant inside with air-con, you can purchase a very good portion of chicken rice there only 50Baht, yeah is cheap, and of course all kind of protein drink. you name it. its a good way to visit and train in bangkok, that the others won't do. Like hit there bro, pump some muscles. You will love it. I am planning to go back to bangkok somewhere this year and stay there for weeks and train in there by a pro. New Rookie of Asia Muscle Jason Huh, watch out Heditada

now only 24 years old Korean American Jason Huh, 5'9, contest appearing start from 04 NPC Teen & Collegiate National Championships , at that moment he only weight 188 pounds, but he already got Light Heavy Weight 1st and overall winners, lay down to grow for two years, and back to the game in 2006, 5 years later after 2004 after several contest he grew to 233 pounds and enter Super Heavy Weight and got place 5 in 2009 NPC USA Championships. Here he comes one big asia dude enter the USA bodybuilding world like Hedi and will have a very bright future. Everybody watch out Jason Huh.
